This policy explains how Panhandle Custom Pomp Rigs LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information through www.phcustomrigs.com and related customer communications.

Our website uses WordPress and WooCommerce, with WooPayments for payments and shipping services for fulfillment. Information you provide
Orders and accounts: We collect contact details, billing and shipping addresses, order items, purchase amounts, payment status, and customer-service messages. If you create an account, we also keep account credentials in protected form and account preferences. Optional profile fields include phone number, fishing interests, experience, and postal-offer preference. You can subscribe to email updates without creating an account.
Inquiries: Contact, custom-order, and fishing-trip forms collect your name, email, message, and any optional phone number or details you supply. Depending on the form, these may include a requested product, quantity, date, group size, fishing experience, or reference photo. Please avoid unnecessary sensitive information.
Subscriptions and stock requests: We collect your email, consent or request details, confirmation status, and the product or variation selected for a stock alert. We also keep records needed to honor withdrawals and prevent further unwanted marketing.
Photos and reviews: Catch submissions can include a display name, email, caption, product selection, photo, and publication permission. Reviews can include a rating, review text, display name, email, and an optional catch photo. Permission and moderation records help us manage publication requests.
Information collected automatically
Our site and providers may receive your IP address, browser and device details, pages requested, referral information, timestamps, error information, and security or transaction events. We use cookies or similar storage for cart sessions, login, preferences, payment security, and related site functions. Some security controls use a hashed IP-based identifier to limit repeated form submissions. Providers may supply payment, delivery, and fraud-prevention results associated with your order.
How we use and share information
Our purposes
We use information to process payments, prepare and ship orders, provide support and refunds, administer accounts, respond to custom and trip inquiries, manage submissions, send requested stock alerts, and deliver marketing you have chosen to receive. We also use it to protect the site, prevent fraud and abuse, resolve disputes, and meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations. We collect optional profile details to personalize communications and recommendations when appropriate.
Providers and other recipients
We disclose information as needed to providers that help operate the business: InMotion Hosting and authorized website administrators; WooPayments, Automattic, Stripe, and relevant payment partners; WooCommerce Shipping and selected carriers or rate services; and MailPoet for email campaigns and the email delivery providers configured for our site. These providers receive information relevant to their role, such as delivery details for a carrier or transaction details for a payment provider.
Payment information is processed through WooPayments and its payment partners. Our store keeps transaction references, status, and limited payment details such as card brand or last digits when supplied. We do not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers or security codes in our website database. Payment partners may process device and transaction information for security, fraud prevention, and their legal obligations.
Authorized advisers or authorities may receive information when reasonably necessary for accounting, legal requirements, protection of rights, or a business transfer. A successor would receive information subject to applicable law and appropriate notice. We do not sell personal information or provide it for third-party targeted advertising under the practices described here.
Public content and uploaded media
Approved catch photos and reviews may appear with the submitted display name, caption, rating, and product link. We do not intentionally publish private contact email or account addresses with them. However, files uploaded to the site use ordinary WordPress media storage and may be accessible through a direct URL before approval. An emailed custom reference photo may also remain in media storage. Moderation does not make uploaded files confidential.
Do not upload sensitive documents, private location information, or photos you lack permission to share. Images may contain embedded location or device metadata; remove it before submitting. We do not promise automatic metadata removal. Public content can be copied, indexed, or shared by others beyond our control. Contact us to request removal from places we control.
Your choices and our handling of records
Marketing and requested messages
Email marketing requires a separate signup and confirmation. Unsubscribe using the message link or contact us; we honor marketing email opt-outs within ten business days and keep records needed to respect that choice. Account registration, a purchase, a review, and an inquiry do not by themselves subscribe you to marketing.
A stock alert is separate from general marketing and requires its own confirmation. It applies to the selected product or variation, sends one availability message, and does not reserve stock. Use its cancellation link or contact us to stop it. Necessary order, account, and service messages may continue after marketing opt-out.
A phone number is used for order or inquiry assistance and does not authorize marketing texts. We do not operate an SMS marketing program under this policy. If you choose postal offers, we may use your saved billing address; withdraw that preference in My Account or contact us.
Cookies and external platforms
You can manage cookies through your browser, although blocking essential storage may affect cart, login, or checkout functions. Facebook and YouTube content is loaded when you choose to activate the embed. Once loaded, those platforms can receive connection information, use cookies or similar technology, and associate activity with an account under their own policies. External profile links also take you to independently operated platforms. Payment-security services may operate separately from social embeds.
We do not use advertising pixels or optional audience analytics under the practices described here. If those tools are added, we will update the notice and provide choices or obtain consent where required before using them. A click to load a video is not a general authorization for unrelated tracking.
Retention security and requests
We retain information for the purposes described, taking account of order fulfillment, support, legal and accounting requirements, disputes, publication permission, and your choices. Unconfirmed signup requests normally expire after seven days and stale pending or failed requests are removed after about thirty days through scheduled processing. Other records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes, and are deleted or de-identified when no longer needed, subject to applicable legal requirements. Records may remain in email, provider systems, and protected backups until their applicable retention periods end.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and restrict access to authorized people. No system is completely secure. Information may be processed in the United States and other places where providers operate, with protections required by applicable law.
You may ask to access, correct, obtain a copy of, or delete information by contacting us. Rights and response periods depend on applicable law. We may reasonably verify identity and retain information required for legal obligations or other permitted purposes. My Account also lets customers update saved details. The site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under thirteen. Contact us if a child has supplied information without appropriate authorization. We post changes here with a revised effective date and provide additional notice when required.
